Rick Wylie, CEO
Founder and chief visionary and creator himself, Rick started the company to address the concerns of the growing threat caused by technology in government and defence.
Jevan Halley, COO
Jevan brings over 15 years of specialist expertise in Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM), building on a strong foundation in computer networking, RF and telecoms security. His career has taken him to more than 50 countries, where he has delivered advanced counter-surveillance solutions for hundreds of corporations and multiple government agencies. At KeyOptions, Jevan leverages this global experience to provide rigorous, intelligence-driven security strategies that protect clients against sophisticated technical threats.
Peter Emery, Head of Commercial
Peter has worked at executive level for over 30 years, having held appointments at Director level within top UK 100 FTSE companies including LandSec, Barclays Group and also Path Intelligence, the world's first mobile device locationing company. With Peter's past experience in the Military, Police Service and Ops. Director of Portsmouth Naval Base, he now is ideally positioned to head our deployments within Commercial Real Estate and Military environments.
Tracey Monahan, Director Special Projects
Tracey began her career at Apple, where her seven-year tenure ignited a lasting passion for technology and people. Drawing on her extensive experience in corporate sales, she quickly proved her ability to drive growth and build meaningful client relationships. Since joining KeyOptions, Tracey has advanced from leading sales to her current role as Director of Special Projects, where she leverages her expertise to shape innovative initiatives and strategic opportunities for the company.
John Baade, Head of Operations
John began his career in Australian Defence within the communications branch. He specialised in tactical, operational and strategic levels, for the provision of communications and information support. Beginning as a systems engineer, then PM, John is currently Head of Operations, focusing on the full execution and delivery of operational solutions.
Steve Pilmore, CFO
Steve has been part of KeyOptions for more than fifteen years, first serving as Senior Board Advisor and now as Chief Financial Officer. His career spans over four decades, beginning with distinguished service in the Australian Special Forces (Commandos) and later extending into leadership roles within specialist technology companies. This unique combination of military discipline and commercial acumen underpins the strategic and financial leadership he brings to KeyOptions.
Ryland Harding, Senior Advisor
Ryland is a highly skilled professional with over five years of industry experience, complemented by an illustrious 18-year career in the British Army, including service with UK Special Forces. Renowned for his keen eye for operational excellence, Ryland combines technical precision with deep sector expertise. He excels in coordinating complex client deployments, building robust security frameworks, and ensuring total contract and delivery compliance. Ryland’s disciplined approach enable him to drive success in highly technical, high-stakes environments.
Luke McMichael, Executive Technical Director
With more than 20 years of experience delivering operational technology solutions across Law Enforcement, Military, and Intelligence domains, Luke brings a deep understanding of complex operational environments and the ability to translate emerging technologies into practical, mission-ready capabilities. His expertise lies in designing and implementing integrated technology solutions that address critical real-world challenges, enhance operational effectiveness, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Frank Angotti, VP Business Development
Experienced Sales Executive and Entrepreneur with 20 years of leadership in IT Infrastructure and Service organisations, Frank is skilled in lead generation, partner development, direct sales, and client retention. In the capacity of MD for 13 years in the technology sector, Frank built high-performing sales and marketing teams, systems, and processes. Frank holds strong negotiation and presentation skills, that cultivates robust relationships with strategic partners and clients.
Michael Stephens, VP International Business
Mike Stephens is a seasoned technology industry expert with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative solutions to clients across Asia. Based in Singapore, Mike has worked in Shanghai, Mumbai, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and South Korea. His expertise spans sales, services, cybersecurity, technology, and delivery, with ANZ Bank, Tandem, Compaq, HP and ISR. Mike managed Oracle On Demand Cloud across Asia Pacific, including business applications, defence, cybersecurity, data management, and data dissemination.
Can Tarakci , Head of Cyber Operations
Can has over twenty five years’ experience within the cybersecurity, information security/risk, privacy and security governance holding many international certifications. Working with KeyOptions for 3+ years, Can is currently based in Turkey and heads up the Middle East region office, delivering KeyOptions specialist security governance and risk products.
